💰 COACHING & PRICING

What's the difference between the coaching tiers? +
Foundation ($200/mo): Best for beginners. You get custom programming, macros, weekly check-ins, and form reviews. Everything you need to get started.

Advanced ($375/mo): For intermediate/advanced lifters. Specialized programming, bi-weekly check-ins, peak week prep, social lifestyle integration, and binge eating support.

Elite ($525/mo): Everything in Advanced PLUS peptide protocols, performance enhancement guidance, bloodwork interpretation, and 24/7 priority support. This is for people serious about optimization.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime? +
No contracts. Month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. I want clients who WANT to be here, not people stuck in a contract.
What if I can't afford coaching right now? +
Check out my ebooks ($29-$49) - they're packed with everything I teach my clients. You can also follow me on Instagram (@thebrotheromar) and TikTok (@bromarslife07) for free content. When you're ready for 1-on-1, I'll be here.
Do you offer refunds? +
First month is non-refundable because I'm putting in work immediately (custom programming, macros, onboarding). After that, cancel with 30 days notice. No games, no hidden fees.

📊 RESULTS & TIMELINE

How fast will I see results? +
Honest answer: 4-6 weeks you'll notice changes. 12-16 weeks you'll see significant transformation. But it depends on YOUR consistency, starting point, and goals. I'm not selling magic pills - I'm selling a system that works if you put in the work.
Will this work if I have a busy schedule? +
That's literally what I specialize in. I work with people who have jobs, families, social lives. My clients go out 3-4x per week and still get shredded. It's about smart programming and flexible nutrition - not living in the gym.
What if I've tried everything and nothing worked? +
Most of my clients say this. The problem isn't you - it's the approach. Cookie-cutter programs don't work. Extreme diets aren't sustainable. My method is personalized, sustainable, and fits YOUR life. That's why it works when others fail.

🏋️ TRAINING & NUTRITION

How many days per week do I need to train? +
Minimum 3 days, optimal is 4-5. I program based on YOUR schedule. If you can only do 3 days, we make it work. More isn't always better - it's about quality and consistency.
Do I need a gym membership? +
Ideally yes, but I can work with home gym setups. Let me know what equipment you have in your application. A basic barbell, dumbbells, and bench go a long way.
Will I have to give up my favorite foods? +
HELL NO. This is the "degenerate protocol" - you can eat pizza, drink alcohol, go out with friends. It's about balance and timing, not restriction. I literally go out 3-4x per week and stay lean year-round.
Do you provide meal plans? +
I give you macros and food guidelines, not strict meal plans. Why? Because you need to learn how to eat flexibly for LIFE. I'll teach you how to hit your targets while eating foods you actually enjoy.

💊 PEPTIDES & SUPPLEMENTS

Do I NEED peptides/steroids to get results? +
Absolutely not. Foundation and Advanced tiers are 100% natural approaches that work great. Elite tier is for people who CHOOSE to enhance - it's not required. You can get amazing results naturally with the right approach.
What's your stance on enhancement? +
I'm transparent. I use them, I talk about them, I help people do it safely if they choose to. But I'm not pushing them on anyone. It's a personal choice that should be made with full education and understanding. That's why I offer consultations - so people can make informed decisions.
Can I get peptide guidance without full coaching? +
Yes! Book a consultation. First one is FREE (30 min), follow-ups are $150. I'll answer your questions, explain protocols, help you understand what you're getting into. No pressure, just education.

📱 LOGISTICS & COMMUNICATION

How do check-ins work? +
You send me photos, weight, how you're feeling. I review everything and adjust your plan. Foundation = weekly check-ins. Advanced/Elite = bi-weekly check-ins. Elite clients also get priority response times.
How do we communicate? +
Text/email for regular communication. Elite tier gets 24/7 access. I respond within 24 hours for Foundation/Advanced, same-day for Elite. You'll never feel abandoned.
What if I need to pause coaching? +
Life happens. You can pause for up to 2 months per year (vacation, work stress, whatever). Just let me know in advance. When you come back, we pick up where we left off.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me? +
Yes! Foundation tier is perfect for beginners. I'll teach you everything - how to lift, how to eat, how to track progress. You don't need to know anything coming in.
I'm already advanced. Will you still help me? +
Absolutely. Advanced and Elite tiers are for experienced lifters who want next-level programming, peptide protocols, and optimization strategies. I work with everyone from beginners to enhanced competitors.
Do you work with women? +
Yes! Principles are the same - training, nutrition, lifestyle balance. I adjust programming and macros for female physiology. Several of my top transformations are women.
